Requirements:



• Tertiary education or equivalent, a bachelor's degree holder will be an advantage
• Minimum 8 years airport services working experience with at least 2 years of managerial experience
• Fluency in English and local language (both written and oral) are required
• Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
• Customer focused with excellent customer service skills and problem-solving attitude
• Proven supervisory and people management experience
• Ability to work under pressure and in crisis, provide direction and front-line support to airport team
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Willing to take shift duties
